今日は少し自分の気持ち的な内容です。
Twitterに限らずSNSって色々な人が利用しているから色んな意見がありますよね。
夫婦によって進め方や考え方、なりたい夫婦の形などなど。
その夫婦が決めた事は二人が悩んで悩んで苦しんで
相当の覚悟をして決めた道なんだよ。
あまり進展せずに一旦落ち着いてる夫婦だっている。
どれも間違いじゃない。
それでも不妊治療や男性不妊の理解があまり無い人が冷やかしたり、
他の夫婦が羨ましく思ってちょっと攻撃的になったりすることもありますよね。
先日、僕のTwitterにも心無いコメントがありました。
僕の悪口だけならまだしも、パートナーの事もかかれたりしてたので見たときはぞっとしたし、怒りでおかしくなりそうでした。
たぶん冷やかしなんだろうけどね。
無精子症って別に痛みもないし、体調が悪くなる訳じゃないから初対面の人や告知してない人には分からないですよね。
その時の体調やタイミングで、かなり落ち込むときもあるし、なんとも感じない時もありまよね。
これはみんな同じなんじゃないかな。
まぁでも冷やかされたり、嫌な事言われてずっと落ち込んでても何も変わらないから、どうせならその時間を他の事に使う方がずっと有意義だし、気持ちも楽になるよ。
その方法は人それぞれあって、
理解のある人に愚痴を聞いてもらったり
Twitterの非公開アカウントに書きなぐったり
好きなこと考えたり、やってみたりね。
ある人の受け売りの言葉だけど、
悪口って言われてる方が主役だからね。
その人にかまってもらいたくて、その人の反応が見たくてわざわざ、その人の事を一途に思いながら書き込んだりしてるんだから。
反応するもしないも好きにしたらいいし、
どーってことないよ。
